Hourly Handyman Charges:

Hourly Rate:	We will provide you with a free estimate / site inspection. There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs. If the work will take more than one hour we will provide you with a written estimate.
Fixed Price:	All prices on the companies charge list marked * are fixed prices.
Day Rate:	Charges are based on a full 8 hour day. The charges will be reduced if less time is worked.


Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm	*£35.00	*£20% discount

Blue = normal working hours / Red = out of hours prices. / All prices are plus V.A.T.

Company Pricing Information:

Estimates:	Free estimates are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you to discuss your requirements.
Invoice:	An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started / time finished with a full breakdown of the cost of labour and materials used.
Payment:	Payment must be made in full by credit / debit / charge card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of your invoice.
Deposits:	Any job valued over £1,000 will require a 40% deposit before work can commence and we will agree a payment plan with you.
Loyalty Cards:	All customers that hold a loyalty card will receive up to 20% discount on all labour with 24/7 cover at no extra cost.
